Finally takes delivery of Toyota Fortuner, US$50 000 donated by Wicknell Chivayo

Grieving Ronald Mujuru sat for three tough academic examinations last week, with memories of the loss of his entire family still fresh in his mind.
Mujuru was left heart broken for life when his wife and five juvenile children all perished in a horrific road traffic accident near Mvuma, while travelling to attend an Easter conference in Mberengwa.
During the time, he was also preparing to sit for his exams as he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
The past two weeks have been the most hectic in the Dynamos football club supporter’s life because of an overwhelming media spotlight on him and endless home visits by relatives, churches, football teams and a high profile visit by the First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa to condole with him.
And before he could know it, examinations were due and he sat for them on Monday, Tuesday and Friday last week.
“It was not easy. I just sat for the examination as a way of avoiding a blank page. Ndangodarodarowo zvangu,” he told a local tabloid.
“When I am alone, I take my time to study, but for a few minutes,” he said.
“Some friends and relatives continue to visit and check on me and it is helping me much.”
Meanwhile, Mujuru finally took delivery of a brand-new Toyota Fortuner GD6 that was donated to him as condolence support by businessman Wicknell Chivayo.
The vehicle was presented to him at his Tynwald home in Harare while his US$50 000 has also been reportedly deposited in his bank account.
His friend and namesake, Ronald, also took delivery of a Toyota Aqua donated by Chivayo to thank him for spending days and nights with Mujuru during his time of grief.
