Dynamos late charge sinks Bulawayo Chiefs as Scottland wallop Manica Diamonds

Dynamos fought out an impressive 2-0 victory over Bulawayo Chiefs in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer league mid-week clash played at Barbourfields stadium Thursday to leap to second on the log standings.
Two late goals by Jaison Kasondo and Frank Agymang allowed the Harare giants to maintain their unbeaten league run that started late last season under former coach Kelvin Kaindu.
In another clash played on Thursday, champions Scottland clobbered Manica Diamonds 3-0 at Gibbo stadium to register their first win of the season under new head coach Norman Mapeza.
Khama Billiat was the star of the show with a double strike on either side of the half-time break while Kingsley Mureremba came in with the third goal.
Elsewhere, Herentals College also dismantled an out of sorts AGAMA FC 3-0 at Rufaro stadium with all goals coming in the first half.
Meanwhile, in other midweek clashes played Wednesday, in-form Harare giants Caps United made it three wins in a row when they beat Triangle United 1-0 at Rufaro stadium to maintain top spot on the league table.
Ngezi Platinum Stars were 2-1 victors over ZPC Kariba at Baobab stadium while flamboyant Kwekwe side Hardrock laboured to a 1-0 victory over Chicken Inn at Chahwanda stadium.
Highlanders continued with their winless start to the league campaign when they were restricted to a 0-0 stalemate by MWOS at Barbourfields stadium.
Former champions Simba Bhora won 1-0 away to TelOne at Ascot stadium while newboys FC Hunters played their third successive 0-0 draw away to FC Platinum.
Following Week 3 of the league clashes, Caps United top the league table on 9 points, Dynamos are second on 7.
They share the same number of points with Ngezi Platinum, Hardrock, and Simba Bhora.
