The controversial 33-year-old was arrested in Harare on Wednesday morning while driving a Honda Fit vehicle along Sam Nujoma street extension.

According to prosecutors, police searched the vehicle to find two satchets of dagga, a packet of Rizla rolling papers, and a white dagga crushers from his sling bag.

“The seized dagga weighed 2 grams, with a street value of US$30,” said the national Prosecuting Authority in a Friday update on X.

He will be back in court on 22 October for continuation of his case.

Robert Mugabe Junior has been in the news for all the wrong reasons in the past few years.
