Man dies after being run over by train in Chinhoyi

An man who is yet to be identified died on Friday after being run over by a train at the Chinhoyi railway station.

In a post on its X handle, the National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ) said the incident happened at 4:06PM.

He had no identity particulars on him.

“The NRZ is concerned that people continue to be run over by trains on its railway tracks.

“We appeal to members of the public to be vigilant while walking close to railway tracks to avoid such incidents,” NRZ said.
