Alpha Media Holdings (AMH) senior journalist Blessed Mhlanga has been remanded in custody until Thursday when the court is expected to deliver ruling into his bail application.

Mhlanga was arrested on Monday charged with inciting violence through online broadcasts of firebrand war veteran Blessed Geza who has made demands for President Emmerson Mnangagwa to leave power.

He was taken to court this Tuesday with lawyers filing a bid for his release on bail.

Presiding magistrate Farai Gwatima said bail ruling will be delivered on the 27 February at 2:15pm.
