In rare and yet touching scenes, two Africa University students who survived a Thursday bus accident were on Saturday taken to their graduation ceremony on a stretcher and wheelchair while decked out in their full graduation gear.
Nyasha Mukanganwi and Nyasha Musimwa survived the crash involving Tenda, Phil and Phats buses as well as a haulage truck last Thursday.

The tragic incident occurred at the 32-kilometre peg along Harare-Mutare highway.
The accident claimed five lives while several others were injured.
Due to their delicate condition, Mukanganwi and Musimwa did not wait for more graduation festivities, which usually include routine photo sessions, as they were whisked out of the venue in an ambulance to the campus clinic for further medical attention.
Former Mozambican President Joaquim Chissano was the guest of honour at the graduation ceremony.
