Armed robbers stormed a financial services company in Harare’s Belgravia area on Sunday but were not so lucky to escape with their whole loot after dropping US$5 000 cash and some laptops at the scene of the crime.
Police confirmed on Monday that the gang visited the company on Sunday to blast the safe before making off with an undisclosed amount of cash and some gadgets.
What has been disclosed with clarity was the US$5 000 dirty harvest which they could not take with them.
