Man stabbed to death over US$1

A 35-year-old Bindura man was on Monday stabbed to death following an argument over US$1 with the suspect.

Police confirmed the incident.

“Police in Bindura have arrested Aleck Joseph Bembenene (23) in connection with a case of murder in which Cephas Munyowani (35) died on 19 February 2024 after being stabbed with a kitchen knife on the stomach following an argument over US$1 at Muchenje Village on 16 February 2024,” police said via their official X handle.
