Family, celebrities pay tribute as memorial held for musician Zahara

Relatives and friends, among them music celebrities in South Africa, gathered at a memorial service for late sensational musician Zahara who succumbed to an ailment aged 36 in a Johannesburg hospital this week, plunging the Mzansi music industry into mourning.

Among those who attended the Thursday event at Rhema Bible Church in Randburg, Johannesburg were the late music star’s former mentor DJ Sbu, musicians Ringo Madlingozi and Judith Sephuma.
